Result: Affirmed in part, reversed in part.<\/p>\n<p>Lack of communication and the presence of mutual abuse between divorcing parents were just two factors to be considered in determining physical and legal custody of the parties\u2019 children, and not dispositive; nor was the court required to make findings to support a deviation from the Child Support Guidelines in what was clearly an above-guidelines case.
