Even if, as appellant alleged, his ex-wife lied under oath during the divorce proceedings, perjury constitutes intrinsic fraud, which cannot serve as the basis for reconsideration of a judgment under Rule 2-535(b). Therefore, the circuit court did not err in denying appellant\u2019s motion to revise or vacate the judgment for fraud, mistake or irregularity.<\/p>\n
