Dragga, Vincent M. Wills and Erik P. Arena will address the changes that went into effect in November, and how they affect planning and negotiation of financial settlements. The session\u00a0starts at 5:30 on Thursday, Jan. 29, at the bar office\u2019s CLE classroom, 27 West Jefferson St. in Rockville.<\/p>\n<p>The BAMC\u2019s Family Law Section is also offering a second CLE program, \u201cThe International Family,\u201d on Jan. 30.
