Child support: Contempt: Proof of inability to pay<\/p>\n

CSA No. 2850, September Term 2011, Unreported. Opinion by Berger, J. Filed May 28, 2013. 17 pages. Appeal from Baltimore City Circuit Court. Affirmed.<\/p>\n

Given all the evidence and the inferences reasonably and logically drawn therefrom, the trial court did not err in finding a father to be in constructive civil contempt of court for not making child support payments; nor did it commit legal error in finding the father to be in contempt and in postponing disposition.<\/p>\n
