CINA: Change in permanency plan: \u2018Suitability to parent\u2019 test<\/strong><\/p>\n

At a permanency plan review hearing, expert\u2019s testimony about the mother\u2019s score on a \u201csuitability to parent\u201d protocol he had developed was admissible because it was not the product of novel scientific methodology or theory; rather, it represented an assessment of commonly used factors as well as the use of a scale to effectively express the disparate sources used to formulate his opinion.<\/p>\n
