O’Malley gives speech at ‘Sailabration’ announcement
Gov. Martin O'Malley came to Baltimore Thursday morning to speak at the announcement of the Star-Spangled Sailabration, which is part of the state's War of 1812 bicentennial celebration next year. 'We carry with us in our hearts the great idea of America," O'Malley told the crowd. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz were also in attendance.
