W.R. Grace completes purchase of Dow unit
W.R. Grace & Co., of Columbia, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals announced Monday it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of the polypropylene licensing and catalysts business of Dow Chemical Co. for a cash price of $500 million.
