Phoebe Haddon is leaving the Deanship at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law after five successful years. The success of those years can be measured in part by the new name of the school—the Francis King Carey name has been added as a result of a $30 million bequest, at the time the largest gift ever received by an American law school.
