Redner’s Markets loses claim for lost profits
A supermarket that was able to force its landlord to get rid of two farmer’s market stalls in the Joppatowne Plaza Shopping Center failed to prove that the meat and seafood vendors cost it more than $134,000 in lost profits over the course of 27 months, a federal judge has ruled.
