Mechanical problems delay MARC Penn Line trains

The Maryland Transportation Administration says MARC Penn Line trains are delayed due to mechanical problems and damaged overhead electrical wires. The agency said Monday that it estimates the first Penn Line train from Baltimore to Washington will leave at 7:30 a.m. Washington’s Metrorail system is honoring MARC tickets.
