A New York judge on Monday granted a pretrial discovery request by the Baltimore Orioles and the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network for "all communications" between an arbitration panel and Major League Baseball, Commissioner Bud Selig and now-Commissioner-elect Robert D. Manfred regarding the role that Manfred and MLB played in last summer's $10 million award to the Washington Nationals.
