Cinemark to open second Maryland theater in Towson in 2014 (access required)

Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Cinemark CEO Alan Stock and developers announced Friday that the international theater chain would be building a 16-screen location at Towson Circle. Five new restaurants are also expected to go up with the theater.
