For prosecutor, twice the challenge

The race for Baltimore City State’s Attorney has a bit of a déjà vu feel to it. The challengers are claiming the incumbent prosecutor has not done more to keep violent, repeat offenders behind bars and also needs to improve the office’s reputation in the community. The incumbent counters by pointing to a drop in violent crime and a more efficient and responsive corps of prosecutors.
