Bill Cosby hosts Rolley fundraiser; Cummings speaks for Rawlings-Blake

Bill Cosby came to Baltimore Tuesday night to co-host a fundraiser held for Otis Rolley, candidate for mayor, at the Tremont Grand hotel.
