Navy petty officer could face court-martial

Lima, the Navy petty officer who sued to try to force the military to lift an 18-month “legal hold” and discharge him, has suffered a legal setback after an officer investigating allegations that he assaulted his estranged wife and their child recommended that several of the charges be referred to a general court-martial.
