Bowling named interim president at Frostburg (access required)

Tom Bowling will become Frostburg State University's interim president when the school's current president departs in July, officials announced Friday. Bowling, who has been vice president of student affairs at the university since 2006, will serve until a permanent replacement is found for outgoing President Jonathan Gibralter, who is leaving to become president of Wells College in Aurora, N.Y.
