Amanda Zinn, president and CEO of Leadership Baltimore County, has a track record of revitalizing organizations to expand their impact in the community. At Leadership Baltimore County, she has led the organization to create a strategic plan, upgrade technology and enhance its curriculum.

Previously, she was the president and CEO of Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore, which was a trailblazer in the field of microenterprise development.

She is a past president of the Association of Women’s Business Centers and is a mentor in Network 2000’s Effective Impact Mentoring program.
