Dundalk Renaissance Corp. 

Amy Menzer heads a community development corporation that has taken a leading role in partnering with other institutions and groups to revitalize Dundalk. She has worked tirelessly to improve the community’s image and to boost homeownership and the median income of residents.

Dundalk Renassisance Corp. is one of four nonprofits – and the only one outside of Baltimore City – that is part of the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative.

Menzer has been president of NeighborSpace Inc. of Baltimore County and is a board member of the Community Development Network of Maryland.
