The Harbor Bank of Maryland 

Carla Nealy has worked her way up at The Harbor Bank of Maryland to become the institution’s chief operating officer and executive vice president. She began her career as a Lock Box clerk to earn money while a full-time college student.

She is active with the Regional Foundation Board of the United Methodist Church and with AIDS Interfaith Residential Services/Empire Homes. In 2009 she earned a master’s degree in divinity while commuting 35 miles to school, working full time and volunteering 10 hours a week at her church.
