Why Maryland?
Maryland is my home. My connections to this state are deep and longstanding. I grew up and raised my own children in Frederick County and was one of the first female students to reside on Mount St. Mary’s campus. From my time as prosecutor, private-practice attorney, and now judge, I have embraced – and been embraced by – the state of Maryland.
