Jennifer Lake runs the martial arts business her father had started over 30 years ago. Each week, she teaches and oversees more than 40 classes to students of all ages and abilities.

She holds black belts in karate and bando.

She was a founding board member of the Girls’ Empowerment Mission (GEM) through the Living Classrooms Foundation.
