Harford Family House

Joyce Duffy works tirelessly to aid homeless individuals in the Harford County area and is one of their biggest advocates. Since taking over as CEO eight years ago, the organization has quadrupled in size and budget and has doubled the number of people it serves.

Duffy is a member of the Harford County Roundtable, Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network, Hope for the Homeless Alliance, the Route 40 Business Association, the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce and many other groups.
