Kim DiGiovanni Aluisi has practiced family law for nearly 30 years, the last 17 years at her eponymous firm in Annapolis. She oversees a staff of 12.

Aluisi regularly offers opportunities for high school, college and law school students to meet with her in office to receive a first-hand look at how a family law practice operates.

She served as a board member of the Olivia Constants Foundation from 2011 to 2015.
