Laura Pasternak is principal and chief brand strategist for MarketPoint LLC, a company she founded in 2000 to help businesses hone their brand and product messaging.

She previously held senior leadership positions at Thomson Learning/Prometic and Sylvan Learning Systems.

Active in regional and national marketing and business organizations, she recently traveled to Nairobi, Kenya, to help train African businesswomen under a State Department-funded program.
