National Security Agency Technology Transfer Program 

Linda Burger leads the NSA’s Technology Transfer Program, which accelerates and improves the exchange of expertise between NSA and other government agencies, academia, and industry and hastens national research breakthroughs. She has been with the program since 2011, the last two years as director.

Burger previously worked in the economic development offices in Howard and Frederick counties and launched her own IT consulting firm.

Burger has provided management consulting to hundreds of emerging technology companies in Maryland.
