Hord Coplan Macht

As a sustainability director with architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht, Lisa Ferretto loves to see the owner and users of her buildings discover their own enthusiasm and passion for sustainability. During a project to create a dormitory for the all-girls Foxcroft School, Ferretto helped mentor a group of young women during a year-long, hands-on learning initiative called “project Green-build.”

Ferretto also participates in job fairs, helping students learn more about their career options, and created GREEN events | Baltimore, a website and monthly newsletter that tracks events to help the community stay connected, educated and inspired about sustainability.
