Goodwill Industries of Chesapeake Inc.

As CEO and president of Goodwill Industries of Chesapeake since 2012, Lisa Rusyniak has sought to position the organization as a leader in workforce development for those with disabilities and other societal disadvantages. She worked her way up through the ranks of Goodwill, starting as marketing director in 1997.

Working with the organization’s 760 employees, she has grown revenues to a record number and added a variety of services for skills training and job readiness.

She is a board member of the Governor’s Workforce Investment Board.
