University of Maryland Eastern Shore 

In her role at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Nancy Rodriguez-Weller is responsible for teaching, developing curriculum, serving on a variety of academic committees and participating in direct patient care.

She is also the owner and president of Geriatric Pharmacy Consulting, which serves nursing homes and assisted living facilities with more than 500 residents.

Since 1993, Rodriguez-Weller has served as a mentor for youths at the Main Street Gym in Salisbury.
