Girl Scouts of Central Maryland

Violet M. Apple has led the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland since March 2014 after holding various leadership positions with several Girl Scout Councils.

She has provided opportunities to more than 10,000 underserved children in her career through programs for daughters of incarcerated women and girls and boys affected and infected with HIV/AIDS, among other groups.

She is mentoring two young women seeking to grow their businesses and serves as a board member of CASA of Baltimore City.
