Circuit Court for Baltimore City

Hon. Wanda Keyes Heard has served as an associate judge for the Circuit Court since 1999.

A former prosecutor, she considers winning two specific awards as her top achievement – the Thurgood Marshall Award for Judicial Excellence from the Baltimore chapter of the NAACP and the Dare to Dream Award from Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.

Heard is a member of The Library Company of the Baltimore Bar and Alliance of Black Women Attorneys.
