Kirsten M. Eriksson serves as a member of her law firm’s senior leadership team and co-leads the Labor & Employment Practice, the largest group of lawyers in the state dedicated to employment issues. It also includes a higher than average percentage of female attorneys.

Eriksson, who is not Jewish – nor she says a good singer – took great pride in helping her daughter prepare for her Bat Mitvah. She serves on the executive committee of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore.
