For 20 years, Tina Hike-Hubbard has worked for Enterprise Community Partners, a national organization that develops affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families.

A former middle school teacher, Hike-Hubbard was appointed to the Baltimore City School Board in 2010, an honor she cites as her most significant career achievement. She is currently vice chairman of the board.

Hike-Hubbard also is or has been a board member for several civic organizations as well, including the Fund for Educational Excellence and Planned Parenthood of Maryland.
