Bola Audena:

Bola Audena is a managing partner at MBA Growth Partners, a business advisory firm offering strategic growth and operational efficiencies support for organizations. She has over 17 years of experience in the consulting field, with a primary focus on performance and change management. Audena has experience working in the federal, life sciences, financial services, and hospitality industries. Her company has focused extensively on helping minority- and women-owned businesses. She holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jane A. Belt:

Jane Belt stepped out of the teaching profession to purchase an existing hot mix asphalt plant in Cumberland with a fleet of dump trucks With that purchase, she not only had to learn business finance but how to produce bituminous concrete, manage production and 15 truck drivers, become a certified lab technician and prioritize unexpected repairs and breakdowns with a plant and trucks that were worn out. Belt has a bachelor’s degree in clothing, textiles and related arts from Virginia Tech and a master’s equivalency in home economics.

Kris Caverly:

Kris Caverly has more than 30 years of experience delivering technology solutions for businesses. During her 21-year tenure at T. Rowe Price, she has also served as the digital strategy manager guiding research efforts, building critical infrastructure and leading the execution of technical capabilities. She is involved in T.Rowe’s diversity & inclusion technology committee and is a Women’s Leadership Diversity champion. Caverly earned a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Gina Ramsey:

Gina Ramsey launched Pink Dog Digital, a digital solutions company, in 2018 after 12 years as a vice president at a digital branding company. Since then, she has grown the company from two employees to a team of 12, with over 120 clients on its roster. Pink Dog offers a variety of digital services, including website development, content creation, social media management, digital advertising, or photography/videography. Ramsey is active in women’s business leadership organizations and with health care and animal rescue nonprofits. She attended Kent State University and Baldwin Wallace College.
