Child custody and visitation: child in need of assistance: judicial authority
CSA No. 200, September Term, 2011. Unreported. Opinion by Kehoe, J. Filed Oct. 6, 2011. Appeal from Harford County, Eaves, J. Vacated as to parental visitation and remanded.
On remand, the juvenile court must evaluate the children’s current situation in determining whether parental visitation is in the children’s best interests, and it must then enter an appropriate visitation order that complies with the applicable statutory requirements.
