CINA: Evidence: Tender years exception to hearsay

The daughter’s statements to a doctor did not fall within any exceptions to the rule against hearsay, but as her statements to two social workers were properly admitted under Maryland law under the Tender Years exception to the rule against hearsay evidence, the ruling as to the admissibility of the doctor’s statements was harmless error.
