In an above-Guidelines case, the judge was not bound by the mother’s statement of monthly expenses, but properly considered the child’s reasonable needs and her parents’ ability to meet those needs, and extrapolated from the Guidelines before awarding an amount between the listed expenses and the extrapolation; also, where the father’s exceptions to the master’s report did not challenge true factual findings, the court was not required to articulate its resolution of each exception.
