CINA — Termination of parental rights — Failure to expressly determine unfitness or exceptional circumstances
On June 8, 2016, the Circuit Court for Garrett County, sitting as a juvenile court, issued an opinion and order terminating the parental rights of Mr. M., the appellant, to T.M. and A.M. (collectively, “the children”).
The appellant noted this timely appeal, from which we discern two issues:
1. Did the court err by terminating Mr. M.’s parental rights?
2. Did the court err by failing to consider the paternal grandparents as a resource for the children?
