Appellant, L.B. (“Father”), appeals from an order of the Circuit Court for Howard County, sitting as a juvenile court, granting the petitions of the Howard County Department of Social Services (“DSS” or “the Department”) to terminate Father’s parental rights in relation to his natural children, C.B., B.B., P.B., and S.B. (collectively, “Respondents” or “the Children”), who had previously been adjudicated as children in need of assistance (“CINA”).
