Child support — Contempt — Inability to pay
Appellant, Wayne Wagner, Jr., initiated a custody proceeding in December 2018, and a consent order was entered by the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County in June 2019. Mr. Wagner stopped making payments towards his child support obligation to appellee Barbara Autumn Lee Pierce in November 2020, and the Queen Anne’s County Office of Child Support (the “Office”) filed a petition for contempt against Mr. Wagner in May 2022.
