Appeal from Harford County. Affirmed in part; Reversed in part and remanded.

The trial court did not err by changing the permanency plan from reunification to adoption. However, the court improperly delegated the responsibility of determining when supervised visitation would begin to the child’s therapist, a non-judicial third party.
