Junior Achievement of Central Maryland has appointed Lisa Schwartz to a three-year term on its board of directors. Schwartz is business banking regional manager — Greater Baltimore for M&T Bank. In addition to leading M&T’s lending and servicing team that supports the branch network in Baltimore, Harford and Cecil counties, she is responsible for the loan and deposit portfolios, as well as the development of new business. Schwartz has 26 years industry experience and spent 15 years as a retail regional manager overseeing 12 to 21 branch managers.
