Criminal procedure — Illegal sentence — Failure to poll jury
A jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City convicted Jerome Wright, Appellant, of possession of marijuana. Several years later, Appellant filed a motion to correct an illegal sentence, which was denied.
In this appeal, Appellant presents the following question for our review: “Did the lower court err in denying [Appellant’s] motion to correct an illegal sentence?”
