Morgan Properties raises $33K for childhood cancer research

Morgan Properties, the largest apartment owner in Maryland, raised nearly $33,191 in charitable contributions among its 167 apartment communities nationwide for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) to help fund childhood cancer research.
More than 30 properties in Maryland participated in the fundraiser, collecting nearly $11,000. The $33,191 raised topped the company’s 2018 donation, its first year collecting donations.
This company-wide event is a part of Morgan Properties’ Caring, Sharing, Giving charitable initiative, which aims to raise awareness of, support, and benefit exemplary organizations and causes. Last year, Morgan Properties participated in ALSF’s National Lemonade Days and raised more than $18,000.
Morgan Properties is the nation’s 19th largest apartment owner and the largest in Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania with more than 50,000 units.
