Miles & Stockbridge P.C.

hall-elisabeth-mf-6655Elisabeth Hall can attribute her success to traits she learned as a two-sport athlete (lacrosse and soccer) at the University of Notre Dame. Those traits include hard work, perseverance and the ability to balance teamwork and leadership.

“My competitive nature pushes me to strive for the best possible outcome, conquer challenges and solve problems under pressure,” she said.

Enjoying the defined aspects of the law and ability to problem solve, Hall earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She previously worked as an associate for Wise & Donahue PLC and Conti, Fenn & Lawrence before joining Miles & Stockbridge P.C. in 2016.

With a practice focus on management-side labor and employment law, Hall enjoys building long-standing relationships with clients including mentoring and providing counsel. The proudest professional accomplishment of her career thus far came this year during the COVID-19 pandemic when she used her knowledge, skills and experience to help her clients adapt to the new landscape and navigate novel employment issues.

Six years ago, Hall partnered with her friend Rachel Mangold to create Rising Strength, an organization designed to empower women to find strength in adversity by offering free self-defense and situational awareness classes to businesses, schools and individuals.

Hall also volunteers her time at several other local organizations including the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland, Our Daily Bread and My Sister’s Place Women’s Center. “I’ve been given so much and I feel it is the least I can do to try to give back in whatever way I can and help others,” she said.
