KLNB relocates Columbia offices
Listen to this articleReal Estate brokerage firm KLNB announced Tuesday that it has moved its headquarters to a new, larger location in Columbia offices while refreshing the firm’s existing office space in Towson.
The relocation to 9881 Broken Land Pkwy. after 16 years offers high-end amenities for employees, including three balconies, private offices for most brokers, a plethora of natural light and a new fitness center.
While still residing in the same address, KLNB’s 10,529 square-foot Towson office at 100 West Road also enjoyed a significant refresh, helping to further integrate all of the firm’s locations into a cohesive design and theme. The modern, upgraded space was completed in early 2020, adding four additional offices and six workstations, enough for 10 new team members.
The news comes on the heels of KLNB’s recent announcement showcasing the firm’s strategic growth efforts in 2020 despite the global pandemic, including the expansion of its mentorship program, the formation of a new service group, and a variety of new hires, all to bolster its client services. As the regional economy continues to open up, KLNB is positioned to help clients take advantage of exciting new opportunities, while continuing to focus on the firm’s own plans for growth and innovation.
