Nicholson is a past chair of the Maryland State Bar Association Family Law Section, the Juvenile Law Section Council and the International Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
A graduate of Leadership Baltimore County, he is a past president of People Aiding Travelers and the Homeless, the Maryland State Golf Association and the Towson Golf and Country Club.
What’s the most important thing you do in your job?
Bringing resolution to clients that permits them to move forward in their lives.
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
To increase civility and professionalism. If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing? Renting umbrellas and chairs at the beach.
