Sage Health opening 3 central Md. centers for senior primary care

Sage Health is a value-based health care company that will serve seniors with high-performance primary care, cardiology and wellness services. The three central Maryland centers will be located at 3541 Washington Blvd. (Halethorpe) and 6660 Security Blvd. (Woodlawn), with a third center at 1100 E. 33rd St. (Waverly) to open later this year.
This year Sage Health began opening its first 11 senior health and wellness centers across four states, with centers in Baltimore; Mobile and Montgomery, Alabama; Gulfport, Mississippi; and Little Rock, Arkansas.
Sage Health’s Halethorpe and Woodlawn centers began accepting Medicare Advantage patients into its concierge health and wellness model in May. Members of Aetna, Cigna, CareFirst, Alterwood and Humana can use Sage Health’s offerings as part of their coverage.
