Chesapeake Corporate Advisors relocating to Baltimore’s Harbor East

Chesapeake Corporate Advisors, a business advisory and investment banking firm in Baltimore, signed a lease with Harbor East Management Group for 5,283 square feet of space in Harbor East and plans to relocate from its current offices at Brewer’s Hill by December.

The company will relocate approximately 20 employees to 1001 Fleet St., a nine-story mixed-use building featuring more than 270,000 square feet of space. The company works with business owners to help attract liquidity through a recapitalization, optimize its current value and growth potential or execute a sale. The group focuses it activities with companies operating in the engineering and construction, government and information technology and health care sectors.

Joe Bradley, senior vice president and principal for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant and Brian Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield represented Harbor East Management Group in this lease transaction.
