Window Nation expands footprint with lease in Howard County

Family-owned and locally based Window Nation has signed a 50,698-square-foot lease at 8110 Maple Lawn Blvd. within Maple Lawn, the 605-acre mixed use community in Howard County.

Window Nation specializes in window, door and siding replacement and is active in 24 markets across 19 states. Bill Jautze, assistant vice president, leasing with St. John Properties, represented the landlord and Rick Williamson represented the tenant in this transaction.

Founded by brothers Aaron and Harley Magden, Window Nation has replaced more than 1 million windows since its inception in 2006. Located at the intersection of MD Routes 29 and 216, Maple Lawn is being developed by Master Developer Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties Inc.

In 2022, Window Nation consolidated two existing locations into 23,030 square feet of space at Cromwell Business Park, where they will continue to house a showroom and warehouse.

8110 Maple Lawn Blvd. is a LEED Gold certified four-story, 104,412 square foot Class ‘A’ commercial office building. The building was LEED certified in 2019 by the U.S. Green Building Council, and designed to create healthier indoor working environments, reduce operating costs, and improve energy efficiency.

Positioned within the heart of the Baltimore-Washington corridor, Maple Lawn includes more than 1,300 homes, over 150,000 square feet of retail amenities, and more than 1 million square feet of Class ‘A’ office and flex/R&D space.
