Titan Hospitality Group to open new restaurant in Anne Arundel
Titan Hospitality Group, an Anne Arundel County-based restaurant management group with more than 25 years of hospitality experience, announced Thursday it will open The Farmhouse Gambrills in the space formerly occupied by Smashing Grapes.
The Farmhouse Gambrills is scheduled to open this summer at 2383 Brandermill Blvd. in Gambrills while Smashing Grapes will be opening a Columbia location in May. Titan Hospitality will transfer all of its current Smashing Grapes employees to its sister properties in Anne Arundel County, including The Lodge and Blackwall Barn & Lodge.
The Farmhouse, inspired by The Lodge and Blackwall Barn & Lodge, will continue to pull key features from the two restaurants, but will emphasize a greater focus on Titan’s farm-to-table style cuisine, providing an even more local and rustic dining experience for guests. Local interior designer Bobbi Nock, who has designed all of Titan’s properties, will be spearheading the décor and furniture choices for the location.
The Farmhouse Gambrills will feature three private dining rooms, a large outdoor patio, a bar and lounge area with indoor fireplace and front porch area. The menu will have a heavy emphasis on locally sourced produce and locally butchered meats and poultry. There will also be a vegan and gluten free menu as well as house-made signature cocktails and mocktails.
